I’m experiencing this as well on all sites updated to 2.8.0. I understand it’s not a supported feature but it working to date (with no real issues) and the simplicity of this plugin are key to it’s continued use.

I just fixed the same issue, primary site on a multisite, url was naked but for some reason was showing www in the options table, edited the db and magically started working.
Ditto – Love the plugin by the way, going to give it 5 stars while I’m thinking about it 🙂
