Thanks @lucianwpwhite. When you say “delete the following two entries…”, which two are you referring to? I see five different items listed and I just wanted to clarify if I only should delete two or all five.
I should also mention that my user role is set to Admin, so I’m assuming this isn’t a role issue.

Yes it appears that if I use the WPEngine wp-admin button and get that error and then disable the plugin, I have to log in again. If this is cookie based, where would be a good place to start doing some debugging? Thanks for the feedback.
