They recommended I uninstall and delete the plugin, then re-install. I had to also delete the account details. Then set that up again like new and let it sync with the other app. It then worked. Hope that helps.
Hi. I am seeing this error on my site. I’ve updated the plugin but it’s still not resolved it. Any ideas?
