Sorry I can’t give you access to my website. But, this problem does not worry me very much.
Maybe the reason is the Russian language of WP installation….

Ok, for me its not a problem, on last version of WP there is no such problem.
Now i have 2 problems:
1-“Start survey date” and “end survey date” fields. Their values are “гг/мм/дд”. I cannot fill these fields with date.
2-in Russian locale i still see message “You already have participated in this poll” (in english). In russian it must be “Вы уже участвовали в этом опросе”Thanks!

But there is another problem – look at the “Start survey date” and “end survey date” fields. Their values are “гг/мм/дд”. I cannot fill these fields with date.
