I’ve solved this issue by rolling back to the previous version and everything is working again …

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply to my question. Since I posted my query, events have overtaken this and we have had to temporarily remove the shop.
We seemed to have solved this issue by moving to Siteground from GoDaddy!
