I have updated to Flexible Shipping 6.4.1, and the problem has been fully resolved.
Tested again under the same setup (WordPress 6.8.2 / PHP 8.3), and no more notices are being logged.Thanks for your continued work in maintaining and improving this plugin.
They are aware of this and the next public update should fix this automatically.

It seems that many files have been modified compared to version 2.9.1. Were all the modifications made to fix the same error message?
Still got the same error after updating to v 2.9.1 .

This new order generated 14 error logs. I looked into the order and made some notes. (Can I email you the image with notes?)
I will edit this order later; only keep the correct items. After I delete the extra items and coupons, the order total will usually meet the paid amount.
The Flexible Shipping setting in this order shipping area does not have free shipping; it only has a standard shipping fee. The free shipping is set by “WooCommerce Advanced Free Shipping.”
There was a new wired order yesterday. Can I show you the screenshots by email?
