I reconnected my website & this is the message I received when I clicked on setting (under the website booster) It’s the same as before. I’m unable to move past this screen. Previously I updated the image optimizer twice. I don’t know what API is. I have a valid SSL. I don’t know if there is a firewall blocking 10 web
Trouble connecting your website
Connection issues can occur for the following reasons. Fix them to proceed.
Image Optimizer plugin is not installed and/or connected
Rest API is blocked
Website is not available or has an invalid SSL certificate
Security plugin or firewall is blocking 10Web service IPs
When I click on your dashboard & click manage my website. This is what I see:

I downloaded the image optimizer plugin & it doesn’t change. Do you know how I can get past this screen to connect my website?
Every time I connect my website to your plugin, it completely destroys my website. I can’t leave it connected. My entire logo covers my entire screen. I just clicked deactivate on my wordpress site & clicked test mode. How can work around this? Is it best if you let me know what time in Melbourne Australia you will be free to work together to overcome this?
Hi, I just deleted the 10 web plugin & reinstalled it. When I look at the dashboard it shows my website name. When I clicked setting, it prompted me to upload the image optimiser, which I did. I don’t know what else I can do to connect your plugin to my website? Are you able to connect it?

I’m not a web developer so I didn’t understand exactly what to do.
I have activated test mode on the 10 web booster plugin on my wordpress account. I wasn’t connected to wifi at the time so it had trouble connecting to my website. I’m connected to wifi now if you’re free.
