Could you send us a screenshot of your configuration to check everything’s fine, please? Additionally, this could be related to your theme, have you configured your product page to display upsells, as shown in step 5 here? https://wpastra.com/woocommerce-tutorial/customize-woocommerce-product-page/. (All is done like that, how can I upload a print screen)

- System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
- Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
