Problem solved by excluding the cache optimisation and lazy loading on my WPRocket plugin with these:
css exclusion:
/wp-content/plugins/graphina-elementor-charts-and-graphs/(.*).css
js exculsion :
/wp-content/plugins/graphina-elementor-charts-and-graphs/(.*).js
lazy loading exclusion:
graphina
