Correct, you’re seeing text in the meta fields in the source code of that post because it defaults to the title of the post if the Title Tag is left blank, and it defaults to the first 160 characters of the post text if the Meta Description is left blank. We’re just missing our chosen meta data that we had added through All in One SEO (we come up with our own title tags and meta descriptions for our posts). Here’s a screenshot of our Posts Page within the admin panel, where you’ll see a selection of the posts that had their meta data wiped: https://nimb.ws/eykYu0
You’ll see the All in One Title and Description columns on the right side, all empty. You’ll notice the example post I gave you at the bottom of that list, http://churchillpolarbears.org/2018/08/churchill-photo-of-the-week-beluga-2/
My main question is whether there is any way to recover the data that once lived in the wp_postmeta table when no backups are available? Is there any way to access that data?
Thanks,
EmilyOr, does Redirection automatically exclude the Admin area from redirects by default?

In reply to: [WordPress Calls to Action] Custom CSS not showing up in postsFollow up – I was able to get the custom CSS to show up on the post by putting it into a separate plugin called Custom CSS. However, I’d rather get it to show up in my posts from editing the CSS directly within the Visual Editor of your plugin. I use the other Custom CSS plugin for css in other plugins and it’s going to get quite messy if I have to go into that other plugin and add more code for each individual CTA I’m working on.
So back to my original question…do you know why the custom CSS from the Visual Editor is not translating to the CTA on an actual post?
Thanks!!
