I am having the same issue but using UPS Drop Shipping plugin, but the API setup is the same as the previous plugin I was using WooCommerce UPS, I got the 250003 error code on both. What did you do to fix it using code?

When I publish an article, it adds a duplicate copy of the same post in Pending Review.
So, the process is Create New Draft > Save as Pending Review > Publish
Then, that post gets published but a duplicate of that post shows up in Pending Review again. So one published version and one Pending Review post.
I figured out that it was PublishPress, so I rolled it back to version 1.3 and that fixed the problem, but it looks like it’s a bug. It would be ideal if we could restore the default WP post statuses to see if that has something to do with it, but any help would be great!
