Please make sure that the user meta exists for wc_order_count_wp in the database. It’s unusual that such meta exists for the user table. What you need is a custom code to display the order count for a user. Take a look at this thread – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/custom-value-for-a-column/ but you need to figure out the code that calculates the orders count based on a user id.

Hi,
You can not restrict users to delete their own files in standard folders or under the folder that they own. You can only restrict them to delete their files by only allowing them to upload to your folder given view + upload access to them.For example, you (as admin) can create a folder and share that folder with a user with View + Upload access, then the user will upload files in that folder but can not delete them.

In reply to: [File Sharing & Download Manager - User Private Files] Free version not workThe popup you see appears on backend file manager which is available in PRO version but you can use shortcode in a page that will display the full file manager (similar to backend one) on that page on frontend. You (as admin) and your site users can access the files via that interface.
Also, the options for email configuration are available under settings page in free version.

Thanks for your support ticket. The options that you are mentioning are available only in the PRO version. Please see the section heading of the options that indicates the feature availability in the free or pro versions.

Hi,
The move functionality is allowed only to the file owner and not users with full-access. The reason for this is the original uploader will be confused as where the file he/she uploaded is as he/she may not have access to the target folder where the file is moved.
However, the admin can move files through the backend file manager (comes with PRO version) by switching to a user and then move the user’s files into that user’s owned folders.

Do you have an existing non-premium account at Buildium and do you see a public page showing your listings. e.g. https://marblestonepg.managebuilding.com/Resident/public/home
If so, then no need to have a premium account. This plugin fetches the publicly available data on such URLs as printed above. If you have such URL, then enter this under the plugin’s settings and the plugin will do the rest for you.

Unfortunately, it does not support the template hierarchy but you can modify the structure using CSS code as the plugin generates actual HTML elements instead of iframe.
Apologies for the issue. We figured out an alternative way to display the listings. The plugin should work now but with some limitations.
