I have same situation here,
i want to implement an user input (Dynamic input to form) Click here to send email to : (when the radio option clicked) the jquery handle a add Input, same as this http://sroucheray.org/blog/jquery-dynamic-form/ but i dont know how to implement it.
Anybody here could help us.?
