managed to get it fixed in a very roundabout way which involved me:
1. Creating account and login to FreeMinus
2. Uninstall the plugin
3. Reinstall Plugin
4. Allow freemius updates etc ..
5. Wait for my site to show up (with the booking plugin) in freemius dashboard.
6. Click the plugin and do an upgrade from Freemius site.
7. THEN uninstall original plugin
8. Download Premium from Freemius
9. Install from Freemius
Finally done.
Subscribing from within wordpress is broken.

Change ‘post_type’ => ‘post’ to ‘post_type’ => ‘page’
Same issue here, both boxes get ticked or no boxes get ticked, this worked like a charm on another site, this one however – just not working.
I’m on 3.6.1
