    Hi Samuel,

    If you try and register a new account on https://accessiblesouthafrica.co.za/list-your-business/ (Choose any of the listing types – add accommodation / add activity etc. – that’s where I’m getting the white screen.

    I can see your user profile in the backend – that’s what’s happening with all registrations – I can see them in the backend but you can’t login – it doesn’t recognise the user name and password.

    I am having the same problem. I am also using the YITH plugin to stop the “Add to Cart” function, but it appears in the Quick View. In the WooCommerce docs it says you should be able to disable Quick Vie under Settings – General – but I don’t have the option to do so.

    The theme I am using is AccessPress Pro.

    I can’t send a link to view as the site is still in maintenance mode.

    Thank you, I will try the plugin advice. I don’t want to switch the theme – it is a paid for theme that I also use on other sites without any issues. Will let you know, thanks!

    Hi David,

    Ok for the first one – editing a post:
    – If I click on any of the edit links for Status, Visibility, Publish date, Publicise – either nothing happens or the page just seems to refresh without letting me change any of those.

    – For Yoast SEO – in the post I can see the traffic light, settings and share icons, but no fields to enter anything and can’t click on those.

    – For Jetpack – if I click on Site States, or My Jetpack or any of the options, I just get the Jetpack header and footer with no other information.

    – In posts when I add a featured image it goes through the process of adding but at saving stage it redirects to a blank page and if I click the back arrow I go back to a blank post. Sometimes if I just go out and back my post is saved as a draft with the featured image, but not always.

    To be honest, I’m not sure what caused the change, if it was an update or plugin etc. I’ve tried uninstalling some plugins. I also then tried to uninstall and reinstall Yoast SEO, but then also got error messages when trying to add plugins again, but that came right and I was able to reinstall but still have the same issues.

    Thank you, yes – I downloaded and installed manually. I need to do the same for all themes and plugins it seems. It is my first time using XAMPP or any local server.

    Publicize is not posting to Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. I set up to post to a Facebook page, but it is posting to the personal page of the owner. Not posting to Twitter or LinkedIn at all.

    I’m not sure I know how to do this – I asked support at my host provider and they can’t tell me either.
