I’ve figured out the solution!
I’ve had to deactivate woo-commerce and reactivate it…
Somehow this fixed the issue. Seems like there was some sort of conflict with maybe another plugin or something.
Am I missing something?

Site is still in construction phase, very close to launch, but you can do test purchases by selecting check payments at checkout.
You will see that no account creation is sent to the customers email.
