One think that I wrote in my last msg is incorrect though. at 16.30 the prices go back to the old prices we had like 3-4 months ago…
Hi there,
Our problem keeps reappearing on daily bases now .. actually, it changes all prices at the exact same time like 16.30 and lowers all our products prices by 10 units, regardless of the actual price (if the price is 74 it goes to 64, if 68 goes to 58 etc).
We go to sync manually daily to fix it but it is quite frustrating.Please give us some suggestions on what we can do to get rid of this bug…
