Hello,
I deactivated both plugins, but it didn’t led to any success. Other than this issue, the website works fine, Is updating WordPress really neccessary? It worked before on this version of WordPress and it makes me wonder, why this issue occurs only on one device. Could something like saving permalinks twice again help?

Hello,
I was trying to fix other problem, where I couldn’t import divi layouts. I have seen that one of the solutions to this problem was to “save permalinks twice”. I saved my permalinks structure twice, without changing anything in the structure itself on my working computer and since that I wasn’t able to access backend of product overview on this device.
I also uploaded two pictures to snipboard. One before I click at product overview and one to which it takes me.

in the end I kept the default “calculated” setting for GTIN and created a custom field in which I manually written the GTIN directly in wordpress for every product that Google said it needs one. If Google believes, that your product has GTIN, it will automatically alert you, even if you set g:identifier_exists to “no”.

because we don’t have them in our Woocommerce shop at all now and we have few hundred products, that miss them in google shopping. It’s much faster to add them manually one by one directly in google shopping than at woocommerce.
I hope we can find a solution.
Please also let me know, if you see any other possible problems in our feed. We want to configure the best way we are able to.

It didn’t work unfortunately, GTIN codes put directly in google shopping still get deleted automatically even though I removed GTIN field mapping. It’s quite annoying, as it was the fastest way to do it and we probably have to find another way of adding GTIN codes now.
I removed GTIN field from field mapping. I will try to add GTIN directly to Google shopping once more and will come back to you.

I really appreciate your quick answer, but it didn´t work unfortunately. For some reason, google shopping still uses their own categories, even though we set brand to “Category (not used for mapping)”. Maybe it could be because some products are in sub-categories? Our names of brands are in the primary categories.
