My apologies if my response came off as rude. I used all caps to express my frustration that everyone seems to be having a similar problem, but so far we haven’t found a solution.
I am happy to provide details of when Twitter Tools has worked, and when it hasn’t. What other type of information do you need?

In reply to: Twitter Tools not updatingSorry Alex, but your FAQ’s don’t address the problem that everyone here is having – TWITTER TOOLS IS BROKEN, AND NOT UPDATING TWITTER WITH ALL NEW POSTS. It appears to have something to do with changes to Twitter and specific keywords in the title of posts. That has been my experience.
This was a great plugin when it worked….

In reply to: Twitter Tools not updatingAdd me to the list. WP 2.8.4 and TT 2.0. I have been using it for months without problems. Stopped working yesterday for some reason. We started using RSS Graffiti on our Facebook fan page yesterday too. I don’t think that is what caused TT to stop working, but who knows. We uninstalled RSS Graffiti (it is a FB application, not WP), and TT still is not working.
Are there any good alternatives to TT?
