There is no issue with the plugin apparently, increase the maximum number of input variables for your site. You can create a php.ini file inside your wp-admin folder if you’re using wordpress and paste this max_input_vars = 2000.
Had the same problem yesterday and resolved it with that. You can always increase the number from 2000 to anything beyond that. Refer to visser for details
