As you suggested I’ve managed to change the colour through the Elementor Theme Style editor.

Is the issue caused by settings conflicting in my plugins or something?
Any additional help on this would be greatly appreciated.

.wpforms-field-label {
color: #FFFFFF !important;
}
.main-navigation li.menu-item a {color: #000000;
}
