I see all the groups, members profiles, etc.. When I open user profiles the system says “Your membership account is awaiting approval by the site administrator. You will not be able to fully interact with the social aspects of this website until your account is approved. Once approved or denied you will receive an email notice.” but shows all the profile information, friend list, etc..
Since I’ve just tried it on a blank system I would really advice to consider to fix it, it’s definitely not because of other plugins, themes or whatever.
