We have an temporary solution for this, we removed the direct upload from the product and we forward the customer straight to the designer tool.

Sometimes the file gets 0 bytes when its uploaded, I think there goes something worng with upload process. I am gonna ask the customer if its fine that we can give you acces to they website, you will hear from me next week.
