Well im using the Twenty Eleven design and changed the css code so i got the width especially from the posts higher. 6xx -> 1000px (so it fits into the space).
The problem was not about the design its more about the editor to add new posts which can contain tables in tables or something like that. I think its not possible with the normal one…
