2) No, the email address does not randomly generated.
3) I uploaded the screenshot of following to a cloud for your download viewing.
– Setting of Email From
– Mail received with Zulkifli email address and no attachment
– Notification mail received with Zulkifli email address

I have the same problem. How do I check whether the Download Monitor and Contact Form 7 are working on its own? My apology, I am real new to this. Your help will is greatly appreciated.
