Thanks for your tips.
As first point, the website is already running the latest version of Elementor(3.1.1) and meets the basic requirements recommended.
I have read the article you gave me and I find the problem in the second point (My page is gray – Endless loading) so i turned on safe mode but it only works halfway.
I mean this way the backend is finally loaded but some blocks have disappeared from it.

only some part of the website are still there, most are disappeared.
I contacted the hosting provider and they say that it’s not a problem from the server.
What else can I do?
