I would normally start by saying “why”, “whats wrong”, “what can we do to fix it” however…
1) You didn’t open a support ticket on the forums, so I pretty confident you haven’t made reasonable efforts to get it set up properly
2) I just checked and you haven’t used your WordPress account for over a year, and only now in the last day login again to leave 2 very negative reviews of searching/filtering plugins – these are the only reviews you have ever made.
You really should try reading documentation etc as I’m sure then you would find this plugin (and many others) even more useful!
Also, from time to time, try to leave positive reviews of plugins you do like, this is a way of saying thank you to the author of the plugin plus it helps others in the community too!

I’m not sure if you are referring to the plugin drurway? but this plugin does not do anything like that…
jjones 770, apologies support is limited atm as this plugin has been on hold.

I’ve almost stopped all support for the free plugin as my time is devoted to the users of the pro – and there just aren’t enough hours in the day to do both.
As per the examples and documentation I’m sure you can see that it is supposed to support searches with multiple fields – I think by default the free version uses the AND operator but its been so long.
The pro version was built ground up from scratch and has a completely different code base to this version – once I find some time the new codebase will make its way over here in the free version and I’ll begin supporting it again.
In regards to the actual problem – I would suggest disabling other plugins and also trying a default WP theme – this way you can figure out where the problem lies

You may use the plugin on your development site first, before moving to the live site no problem, you just need to transfer the license key.
If you wish 2 sites to be active at once with the plugin then you will need a developer license.
