It appears Firefox was the issue, using Chrome has fixed this
In an attempt to get you the screenshot I’ve discovered I have access again… But my IP address is now in the Firewall Log.
This is despite using the “don’t block Admin option”.
Could you please advise as to what the problem could be before I face this again?

So it is Captcha and the Google ReCaptcha managed by iThemes.
