Ums… it works perfect for me with 4.4.2 …
Ups! One more thing. It’s a little bug I found.
When you download plugin, unzip, you will notice directory name is: scrollrevealjs-effects
If you keep this name, once time you activate it at WP-Admin, you will notice that admin icon (at left bar) could not be found.
Right name for directory is: scroll-reveal-js
Rename and icon will appear.
Maybe you should change instalation to get it dinamically or rename directory inside zip package.
