Nevermind–I found the issue. (It was not related to your plugin, but rather a misconfigured proxy route handler from my own code.)

Thanks for your feedback. I’ve deactivated all of the other plugins that were active (except for the WPS Hide Login), and I’m still getting the issue.
Do you have any other debugging tips that could help?
