    We need Amazon AI plugin to use Amazon Translate on our corporate website. We have already installed the plugin in our word press panel but we got this error “Can’t connect to AWS! Check your credentials and make sure your AWS accout is active!”.

    Same access & secret key works on another word press instance which we created on Azure.

    We have given TranslateFullAccess, AmazonPollyReadOnlyAccess, TranslateReadOnly & AmazonS3FullAccess to our IAM user on Amazon console.

    Currently we are using dedicate Window Server 2012 R2.

    We haven’t able to still find out where the problem lies is with the Keys or with the dedicated window server that we have.

    Please help us to resolve this issue.
