In reply to: [WP Paint - WordPress Image Editor] WP Paint ( Pro ) Bugs@fritz88 You are requested to raise a support ticket at https://zetamatic.com for WP Paint Pro related issues/support and the team will certainly help you out.
This forum is only for WP Paint related issues.
As a one time answer to your queries:
1. Sometimes the license nag keeps appearing till you logout and login again. We will inform the team to fix the issue in a next version of WP Paint Pro.
2. The best way to go about it is to save the potential Watermark image by resizing it with WP Paint Pro and use the resized image as the Watermark Image.
3. We believe these images were resized on WP Paint Pro side that is the reason they come out bigger. WP Paint Pro would reduce the resolution of the images as per the max resolution settings.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP Paint - WordPress Image Editor] cannot save@seyraul Can you please check your post_max_size php.ini configuration if it is sufficiently large enough to support large image saves? Ideally, post_max_size should be 16M at the lowest.

In reply to: [WP Paint - WordPress Image Editor] Can we edit and Save As@atmaram The plugin automatically backs up the original image which can be restored to original when needed.
If you are specifically looking to save the image as a different image I would suggest using a Media File Copy plugin such as https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/lh-copy-media-file/ (albeit a bit old, it might work)
@jdembowski As mentioned in my previous reply, we NEVER ask for accesses to our ww.wp.xz.cn repo plugin users.
@hotrock3 First of all, you had reached out to the support for the Pro plugin and NOT for the free plugin which is hosted on ww.wp.xz.cn.
As visible in your email screenshot, we had asked specifically asked for your Premium plugin License Code to verify your purchase. As a part of our premium plugin support, we ask for Temporary accesses to debug / setup our premium plugins for our customers to avoid going back and forth with debugging / setup hassle for our paid customers. Also, all premium customers are asked to change their Temporary accesses once the debugging is completed.
As per the guidelines of the ww.wp.xz.cn free Plugin support, we have never asked for accesses for the free plugin support since we were instructed the last time.
