If yes – you should upload once again “Dyad” theme on your hosting
I think that you should change template 🙂 there are a lot of bugs here.
Also I don’t understand your main issue that you want to fix 🙂
It’s promotion bar. Do you see it on widgets page?
Or you can delete it from source code of theme.
