I have exactly the same problem. Some messages just don’t show up in the chat window on frontend. In the backend all messages are existing.
Is there any solution yet?
If anybody encounters the same problem, here is how I solved it:
I had to enable a shipping option (Versandorte in german) although there is no shipping because I only use cash on pickup.Maybe this will help someone with a similar problem.
I’ve the same problem.
COD is enabled (as only option) but when in checkout there is the message:
“Leider sind keine Zahlungsarten für Ihr/e Bundesland/Region verfügbar. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns, wenn Sie Hilfe benötigen oder alternative Absprachen treffen möchten.” Translated to english this means something like “Sorry, no payment methods are available for your state / region. Please contact us for assistance or alternative arrangements.”Wordpress 4.8.1

But when I create a new/custom login form and add email, password and an additional field which the user has to fill in (what should be possible with the option “Is this field required?”), why doesn’t it check (technical) if this field is required in the frontend?
