Hi Elvira, thanks for the response! Since the plugin does use IPN it has been re-enabled in the customer’s Paypal account with the [domain]/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Paypal link. It had been disabled since last Sunday(5/12).

The Paypal sandbox was used to test payments before the site launched and a real transaction was tested successfully. The customers site is fairly new and hasn’t received any other orders yet, so I’m unsure as to why IPNs are even being sent in the first place. The customer uses their Paypal account for non WooCommerce transactions as well, so I don’t know if Paypal is trying to send notifications of those transactions and that’s why it’s failing?

After enabling logging for the plugin the Paypal log had this interesting bit at the bottom:

2019-05-14T23:07:41+00:00 INFO Received valid response from PayPal IPN
2019-05-14T23:07:41+00:00 ERROR Order ID and key were not found in "custom".

Which once again is strange because IPNs were disabled in the customer’s Paypal account between Sunday(5/12) and Today (5/16) and makes me wonder if the notification is for a non WooCommerce transaction since no orders occurred.
