I don’t see “Send Test Email” button anywhere? I have Postman SMTP installed.
To disable sidebar for all pages. Do this:
1) Pages > All Pages
2) Check box beside “Title” to select all pages
3) select “Edit” from pulldown and click Apply
4) For Sidebar option, select Disabled and click Update
