For the service issue, could you please share what error you are facing while adding services (screenshot or message)? This will help us check and resolve it properly.
Regarding Service Type and Specialization:
- Editing Service Type is currently disabled in KiviCare.
- In the upcoming update, we have improved handling of Service Type deletion (now when deleted from Listing Data, it will not be removed from existing services).
Please share the error details for adding services so we can assist you further.

Yes, this is possible.
If you are using KiviCare Pro, you can hide the “Choose a clinic” step by passing the clinic ID directly in the shortcode. Once theclinic_idis pre-selected, the clinic step will be skipped automatically. This is supported in the appointment booking shortcode.

Appointment Booking Shortcode DocumentationAnd if you are using only the KiviCare Lite plugin, then the clinic selection step is skipped automatically, since Lite supports only a single clinic flow.

Currently, in KiviCare, it is not possible to add a custom date picker. The plugin only allows the use of the default date picker that is provided and set by the system.

However, you can use third-party plugins such as WP Activity Log or Activity Log – Monitor & Record User Changes to track general activity within your WordPress dashboard.Please note that these plugins provide overall WordPress activity tracking and do not display detailed activity specific to KiviCare.

Currently, in KiviCare, doctors cannot share a patient’s records or view each other’s diagnoses and prescriptions. However, we truly appreciate your feedback, and we will consider implementing a feature to allow sharing encounters with another doctor in the future, if feasible.

You can add your own logo by editing the clinic details and uploading your desired logo there. Once uploaded, the logo will appear when you print the report.
Regarding multiple doctors — yes, KiviCare allows you to add multiple doctors. However, as per the current workflow, each doctor can only view and manage their own assigned patients. A doctor can access only those patients who have appointments with them or were created by that doctor.

We understand the importance of consistent date and time formatting, especially for regional standards like the Brazilian format (d/m/Y – H:i). Our team has already noted this and we will be addressing the inconsistency across all frontend displays (popup, confirmation screen, and Add to Calendar) in the upcoming releases.
We’ll make sure the plugin respects the date and time settings configured in WordPress General Settings throughout the workflow.
