I’ve submitted a form. Please let me know if you need anything else!

In reply to: [CAOS | Host Google Analytics Locally] All Traffic Coming from One LocationHi Daan,
Haha, understandable!
Unfortunately, the form still appears to not work with .log files. I tried an incognito tab and it also didn’t work.

In reply to: [CAOS | Host Google Analytics Locally] All Traffic Coming from One LocationHi Daan,
The form doesn’t support either .log or .txt file formats. Can you please give me an email to send the file to, or can you change the form to accept these files?
Thank you!

In reply to: [CAOS | Host Google Analytics Locally] All Traffic Coming from One LocationHi Daan,
I can confirm it’s caused by Stealth Mode. I’ve disabled it and the locations are correct again. I will send you the debug log later!
Thank you

In reply to: [CAOS | Host Google Analytics Locally] 403/404 ErrorsAha!
You were right. It definitely was the PHP file execution being limited. I allowed PHP access to all files, and it worked. I’ll get back to my host and check why they said it wasn’t an issue.
Thank you so much!

In reply to: [CAOS | Host Google Analytics Locally] 403/404 ErrorsHi Daan,
Thanks for your suggestions! I moved the script to the /caos/ folder, and checked that PHP file execution is allowed in that folder with my host. However, I still get a 403 error for the script when I visit my website.
Is there anything else it could be?
This page shows the issue that I am facing (as soon as I try to make the post a 410 so that I can delete it): https://www.seoulinspired.com/new-plymouth-coastal-walkway/
Hello,
If I deactivate the redirection module the issue no longer persists because the URL is no longer set as a 410. The issue only occurs as soon as I try to add the 410 code to certain content that I want to delete
Thank you

In reply to: [Neve] Hide Feature Image Only on Mobile.Thank you, Ian!
That has removed the images on mobile. For some reason, the images are still loading via Optimole. I am getting warnings to defer offscreen images despite the image not actually being visible.
I will ask about this over on their forum.
Thank you for your help!
Hello Vytis,
Thank you, I’ve sent a message there.
Hello,
Just to be clear:
I have cleared both my caching plugin and the Optimole image cache. I have also cleared my CDN.
Further, I have the scaling option (in Optimole) on as well. This setup worked perfectly for me before, but since migrating my site it doesn’t seem to be working the same. My URL has also not changed and is exactly the same.
A good example is on my homepage. Before migrating my site, every thumbnail (.nv-post-thumbnail) image was the same size as Optimole served them in their ideal sizes. Now, however, they aren’t being resized and they all appear in their original aspect rations.
I hope this provides a bit more clarity.
Thank you,
EthanHello,
Thank you for your quick reply. Looking through the options (file name, extension, url and class), how would I set it so that featured images are not lazy loaded?
Thank you!
Oh, I forgot to mention. I want to make this change only apply to desktop as now there is a white border under every image on mobile.
Again, thank you for your help!
Hello Bogdan,
Thank you for that suggestion! The CLS has now (on most loads) dropped to under 100ms which is the criteria for a ‘good’ result. However, this only applies to that one image type (thumbnail images). This means that my posts (with different image types/sizes) are still very high in CLS.
To solve this issue site-wide would I need to manually specify a minimum size for each type of image?
I know this is outside of an Optimole issue now, but I was wondering if you would have a suggestion to make this CSS apply only on desktop?
I see online many people suggest defining a screen size (such as this CSS only applies to screens > 1024px). However, I wonder if this is still relevant since many phones are now 1440p.
I really appreciate your help, this has been bugging me for months. Thank you!
