I highly appreciated your quick response. Please have a closer look whenever you get time and if needed then I will separate analytical code from Google Tag Manager.

Received your test email but goal and event section in analytics is still showing 0. This is what my analytical goal setting is:

Category = Contact Form
Action = Sent
Label = <blank>
Value = 1

In phase 1(Goal setup) of Analytics, I have selected Template=>Inquiry (Contact Us) and goal description type is selected as “Events”

It is fresh installation of wordpress so I haven’t installed any plugins till.

I restored the theme to default and it fixed the problem. is it because of theme? What should I do in this situation??
