You’re absolutely right — some texts like “Télécharger” in admin.js were not translatable before. I’ve fixed this issue and it has been pushed in the 1.4.0 release.You should now be able to translate all plugin strings properly.

Did it work before ?
I know it’s a common answer but did you try to disable every plugin and test if it work?
I made some test on local with the same PHP Version, WordPress and plugin but didn’t notice any error.
