You’re right — this was a known issue with taxonomy-based WooCommerce submenus (like Products > Categories, Tags, Brands) for Shop/Store Manager users.Fix
This is fixed in v1.0.2 of DP Admin Access Menu.
It now correctly handles:
edit-tags.php (taxonomy list/create screen)term.php (taxonomy edit screen)- query-string menu slugs used by WooCommerce taxonomies (
product_cat, product_tag, product_brand, etc.)
What to do
- Update plugin to 1.0.2
- Go to Menu Access and re-save that user’s permissions once
- Make sure the role itself has required WooCommerce taxonomy capabilities (plugin can show/hide menus, but can’t grant missing role capabilities)
If it still doesn’t show after update, please share:
- your exact Brands taxonomy slug (plugin/theme used for Brands)
- a screenshot of selected menu items in Menu Access
- the affected user role/capability plugin (if any)
