In reply to: [Falang multilanguage for WordPress] one menu item is shown twiceAfter further playing with Falang I think I have to drop it, quite sadly. It’s an ingeniuous plugin but I cannot use it on my site because many elements are created by my theme (for instance the page headers or some fixed footer elements) and those cannot be translated (unless I create a clone of the website on subdomain, but then there would be no need for Falang since I would have to translate all website manually). Thank you for you support anyway. 🙂

In reply to: [Falang multilanguage for WordPress] one menu item is shown twicegodday, inside the wp_posts table > menu_order field I have found 3 instances named “aeroporto”. According to the post_type column: the first one is nav_menu_item, second is page and the third is revision. But you can see that neither has the correspondign ID found by Falang.
But you asked for an ID search and here’s what I found: for ID687 I got a nav_menu_item in draft mode, and nothing for ID1091
What do you reckon?
Thank you for the reply. I couldn’t stress myself further and I have actually decided that it was not wise to have an LMS under WordPress, so I decided to go for a SAAS. Keep up the spirit anyway 🙂

I did notice there is a custom field to add, but it doesn’t contain email, just all the rest
so, you are suggesting it’s the theme’s fault. I shall inform them about it…. as a matter of fact I wanted to suggest them to affiliate with your plugin, because the design is the same. 🙂
It’s mostly psycological, isn’t it? Seeing your dashboard being bloated with menus and plugins whereas you try to do everything possible to keep it at minimum, it just makes you very uncomfortable. Not to mention the mandatory need to subscribe to yet another platform/service. It’s a business conduct that I hope will end soon… and I think people are running more and more away from all this. I favour the “one-payment-one-item” model, therefore I will keep my rating as it is. Thank you for your attention anyway. 🙂
PS. I shall open a ticket right away, because I do have major conflicts with Woocommerce as soon as I enabled WPMU. By the way, my memory limit was already at 1024M/60sec, so I actually don’t understand why the error appeared

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] some default tags in mail tab are trowing an errorHello again, I have resolved the configuration error in the “to” field by putting all the emails I used in [select] separated by commas, however you should check the default [your-recipient] because it really doesn’t work in the case of [select]

But then how would it work, the moment I will translate “negozio” into “shop”? I’m not really sure I understand what is the best setting.

Apart the configuration error in the backend, the email is sent to the correct recipient and the reply is also sent.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WP 6.2 kills shop pageHello again, I have resolved this issue. 🙂 Though everything seemed to point to Woo, I have actually discovered that it was a translation plugin (Falang). By pure chance, when I deactivated the plugin my shop page was redirecting to the homepage, therefore I assumed something was taking over the shop slug. The plugin author confirmed that (and we are now seeing if it’s a bug or some settings that need to be tweaked). Thank you for your time.
