Thanks very much. Apparently it is not a proxy. However, it started working a short time later. The amount of time seemed to coincide with the length of a single lockout (15 or 30 minutes, I don’t recall). Seems that whitelisting doesn’t take effect until the current lockout expires. I didn’t realize that when I posted my question.

At least I hope this explains things. My IPs matched up correctly so it wasn’t the proxy thing you mentioned in your instructions. At any rate, Loginizer whitelisting seems to be functioning just fine at the moment with no lockouts for the whitelisted IPs. Thanks very much.
