This has not been resolved yet.

I am unable to access WooCommerce and I am unable to access Stripe. My account was closed.

1 customer was never refunded by WooCommerce or Stripe. I was never able to access the money before my account was closed.

$200 that a customer paid is still stuck somewhere that I and my customer do not have access to.

Again I am not interested in re-opening my account. I just need to figure out here that money has gone and hopefully return it to the customer.

There is no pending fee in my account. I was told via email that all customers would be refunded and my account would be closed. But 1 customer has not been refunded and there is money left in my closed account. I cannot access it via stripe.

Last night again I received an email fro Stripe saying they can’t do anything and to contact WooCommerce. And I also received an email from WooCommerce saying they can’t do anything and to contact Stripe. So once again I remain at an impasse.
