Thanks for getting back to me. We disabled the plugin and that didn’t fix it, so we tried disabling other plugins and that resolved it. The problematic plugin was Ajax Search Pro. Now I’m off to hit their support up. Sorry for the bother.

Hello again. We just tried to upgrade to 1.7 and upgrade our WP to 4.1.1 and neither worked. We’re still getting that same problem with the checkboxes being rendered with no styling when we go to Appearance -> Menus. Please advise. Thanks.
