In reply to: Wordfence plugin not seeing new version available or autoupdatingClosing this thread as the issue is solved.
Nothing to do with WordPress or Wordfence, my hosting company used their own mirror for WordPress core and plugin updates on my server. That wasn’t updating as it should, hence the Wordfence plugin (and others) not being up to date. They have changed things to use the official repository at downloads.wp.xz.cn instead and all working as expected.
Thanks for the help.

In reply to: Wordfence plugin not seeing new version available or autoupdatingI’ve deactivated all plugins except Wordfence on one site we have – Wordfence is at 8.1.3 and no update is showing available.
I also added Hello Dolly 1.5 and even without activating it, I immediately get told an update is available.
I should mention we are seeing this on multiple sites. We run a mix of themes and plugins so every WordPress install we manage is different.
Thanks.

In reply to: Wordfence plugin not seeing new version available or autoupdatingHi,
Site health is good.
Updates for other plugins show normally and auto-update for other plugins seems to work fine.
I uploaded Hello Dolly 1.5 and WordPress immediately shows a newer version available.
Perhaps it’s a problem specific to Wordfence?

In reply to: [Menu Image, Icons made easy] Oversized images on mobile menu on iOSHi Rui,
Thanks for getting back to me, that seems to be the answer, I excluded the plugin as you suggested but saw no difference, then I chose to uncheck the option “Defer inline JS?” and that worked.
Then I reactivated that option and the solution persisted, so thanks for that!

David
