It’s the later. It saves the email you enter, but as soon as you go back to the Emails tab it actually never took effect.
The same issue is back.
In Safari, the Please enter your email does not show up.
In Firefox it does, but it doesn’t pass that email address to the administrator. It only lets the user know by email how they did.
In all cases, we are trying to have the user email go to the administrator for follow up.
I have changed the theme to test for CSS issues.
