I think I may have messed up things real bad now. I have a copy of all the files on my computer but things are really confusing because I have 2 installs of wordpress along with the files for the old web site I built with Trellix years ago. I can’t tell the difference between the 2 wordpress installs except one is in a folder called wordpress and the other is just in there with the Trellix files.
I thought I had it figured out and uploaded (FTP) the wordpress files I have on my computer to the “wordpress” folder in the root directory. It turns out that it is only part of the files needed so only the one page can be accessed. See here

None of the other pages are linked properly so they can not be found when you click on the page buttons.
I can’t edit any thing either the way things are (page not found).
I have backups of the data base files but I don’t know how to restore. What a mess.
