Multisite or Single site?You could have a look at https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/e-commerce/ It has some functionality for a multi-store setup but you’re probably better of with a Magento store as ecommerce is not a core function of WordPress. WordPress is more suitable for small webshops.
I’d try the following plugins:

You can install Kayako on a subdomain but not with multisite. Just create a subdomain on your hosting account and FTP the files from Kayako to the subdomain folder.

Why not use a plugin like WPtouch or Obox mobile for the mobile site?
