Okay so Hostgator just whitelisted the domain upperleftadventure.com for the XML-RPC connection, and now it works with Jetpack as well. Thanks for the help and suggestions! (I won’t waste time wondering why it worked for years, because who cares if it works!!! Thanks again and this matter is considered closed! Thanks SOOOOO MUCH!!
Deactivating JetPack has makes no difference. (I did this by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Deactivate. Is there anything I need to do to test this? (I’m contacting my hosting provider now and will reply with details)
